FastStone Screen Capture (FSCapture)是一款极好用的图像浏览、编辑和抓屏工具，支持包括 BMP、JPEG、JPEG 2000、GIF、PNG、PCX、TIFF、WMF、ICO 和 TGA 在内的所有主流图片格式，其独有的光滑和毛刺处理技术让图片更加清晰，提供缩放、旋转、减切、颜色调整功能。

      绿化/使用说明：FastStone Capture在 2008.10.15 更新到了 v6.3，主要是增加了屏幕录制功能；作为一款极其优秀好用的屏幕截图软件，FastStone Capture 具有体积小巧、功能强大、操作简便等优点，非常值得推荐，其方便的浮动工具条和便捷的快捷键堪称完美结合，我也一直在用。

      08.12.13 更新：根据 samson 制作的 FastStone Capture 6.3 汉化版 做成绿色便携版，在 samson 的汉化版中 FastStone Capture 截图保存为 PDF 文件的功能是正常可用的，因此这次的绿色便携版支持将截图保存为 PDF 文件。

      samson 是完美者团队中的一名重要成员，主攻软件汉化，发布了很多汉化资源，像 Adobe 系列汉化等，而且质量都很高，这次我发现的 FastStone Capture 6.3 汉化做得也是相当之好，大家可以到他的博客看看：http://hi.baidu.com/samsoncc。我另一款用的较多的截图工具就是 TNT Screen Capture 了！


FastStone Capture 6.3 更新记录：

      *  录制屏幕活动包括实时变化、声音、鼠标运行及点击等并存储为高压缩比的视频文件(Windows Media Video格式)、适用Windows XP/2003/Vista/2008等系统；
      *  支持截取最新浏览器的网页，包括Internet Explorer 8 (Beta 2)、Firefox 3、Google Chrome (Beta)；
      *  截取图片上传到FTP服务器后可以设置是否保存本地副本；
      *  其他一些小bug修正。
