[功能介绍]

      PowerShrink可以在保持原始文件格式和功能的情况下，压缩微软Offcie文档的大小，包括PowerPoint、Word已经Excel。该软件可以在没有安装微软的PowerPoint、 Word、Excel等的计算机上工作。它包括一个向导程序引导你的操作。支持PowerPoint、Word、Excel(97/2000/2003/XP/2007)版本。

      特别说明：PowerShrink已更新到了v3.5，Xiangee又汉化了PowerShrink，因此重新提供汉化后的绿色版和单文件版。运行时绿色版会有两个进程，而单文件版会有三个进程。

      绿色版实为精简版，只保留了转换压缩功能，其他如右键扩展已去掉支持。单文件版为免安装、免注册、纯绿色！但是压缩Office文档有没有必要性呢？因为将Office文档压缩为ZIP、7-Zip或RAR压缩包也可以达到减少文件体积的效果...不管怎样，至少有一点我是比较喜欢的，就是PowerShrink的图片提取功能，它可以将Office文档中保护的图片批量提取出来，这一点有时还是用的上的，图片的提取是这样操作的，添加好文件后，选择主界面上的菜单"导出"后就自动提取了，速度很快。如果要更改压缩模式的话，请通过主界面菜单"设置"--"压缩"--"压缩模式"，不过一般保持默认即可。
