      Steady Recorder是一款Windows下的数字音频录制工具。它可以让您录制、播放、编辑及储存来自您的音效卡上的任意音频。Steady Recorder支持多种循环录制模式。Steady Recorder始终监测着系统中活动的音频信号，让您可以很容易地调整音频设备。裁剪和直流偏移(DC OffSet)检测、消除则可以加强录制音频的质量。Steady Recorder还带有一个内建的简单音频编辑器，可以进行剪切、删除，淡入淡出、复制，放大或正常化波形等操作，并可以将录制后的音频保存为MP3或WAV格式，支持MP3 VBR。

      Steady Recorder功能专一，操作方便，短小精悍。我用PE Explorer简单汉化了下，效果不是很好，有的地方汉化后会出现乱码，所以只处理了正常的部分，凑合着看吧，基本不影响使用的。对汉化实在是有点抓狂，得好好学习汉化了。
